New Treatment Alert!

We have some exciting news to share with you about what Drs. McCrea and Zelasko have been up to the last 6 months!  New Treatment that will change everything!

As you  are aware, Prime Spine Associates is always striving to be the non-surgical leaders within the Wester New York Region.  This is why we are pleased to announce the introduction of Shock Wave Therapy, also known as Acoustic Sound Wave Technology, into our practice.

Shock Wave therapy has been used in clinical practices since the early 1990’s.  This technology uses sound waves to treat a variety of musculoskeletal complaints.  Examples of conditions we can treat are tennis elbow, plantar fasciitis, and …ADHESION!  Furthermore, this technology will allow us to reach and treat structures that were deemed impossible with our hands such as spinal disc’s and degenerated cartilage.

Shock Wave Therapy will allow  us to break down adhesion faster and speed up recovery time.  One treatment session with this technology is equivalent to 3 treatment sessions using past techniques like MAR, ART, IAR.  This is why it was a no-brainer for us to bring this type of technology into the practice.
